Bliss Balls


~Crunchy chocolate bliss balls~

3/4 cup Almond meal

1/4 cup Coconut flour (replace with protein powder if desired)

2 Tbsp Buckwheat grotes

1 Tbsp Psyllium husk

1 Tbsp Cacao powder

2 tsp Cinnamon

3 Tbsp Melted coconut oil

2 Tbsp Peanut butter

Choice of sweetner – 1 tsp Natvia stevia or 1 Tbsp manuka honey (Optional)

Pinch of rock salt

Desiccated coconut (to roll in) 

Mix the coconut oil, peanut butter and sweetner over low heat. Mix all dry ingredients together to ensure no clumps. Mix the wet and dry together (use a gloved hand to combine completely). Roll a spoonful of mixture into a bite sized ball and coat the exterior in desiccated coconut. Place in the fridge to firm and enjoy.
