Peanut Butter Cups

  • Organic cacao powder
  • Crunchy peanut butter
  • Cold pressed virgin coconut oil
  • Erythritol
  • Sea salt


Mix the cacao, coco oil, sweetener and pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Cover the base of mini muffin trays with a thin layer of the chocolate mix. Freeze for a few minutes. Place a blob of peanut butter on top, then another layer of chocolate to cover the p-butter. Freeze until solidified. Leave to soften slightly before consuming.
